About the Job

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users • Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate the key business requirements. • Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
  • Contribute to project plans.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor in Computer Science or Similar
  • 4+ years’ experience in the position offered, or as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Technical/IT Analyst or related
  • Open to Arabic nationals  
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Candidates must show advancement and increased responsibility in previous roles
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong academic performance
  • Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from clients and share it with technical team 
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management
  • Analyze client requirements; constructing product backlog; writing specifications (user stories and success criteria)
  • Validate system features developed by Team 
  • Demonstrates leadership by coordinating the requirements, specifications, and design and testing efforts for small to large projects
