Job Description
- Responsible for ( Sharqia, Daqahlia, Ard Elloaa ) branches
- Manage the franchising leaders or branches Managers.
- Follow up the requirements of the branches.
- Visit all branches on a regular basis to provide guidance and support to the branch teams.
- Push and validate the daily sales target.
- Set a Monthly scheme for their branches match the marketing expenses.
- Handle the cycle of receiving and returns goods with the provider,
- Measure the policy inside the branches and achieve our values and branding.
- Apply the sales target forecasting from the analysis.
Job Requirements
- Min. 3 years in Managerial level.
- Should have experience in FMCG or food industry
- Strong Interpersonal skills, Result oriented & Sales Skills.
- Leadership skills, Problem solving skills and Solution Orientation.
- Have good representation and negotiation skills.
