Job Description
- Assist in project conceptualization, planning, and feasibility to the project launch.
- Prepare progress reports / project briefs for the department, preparation of scope of services for consultants.
- Preparation of Request for Proposals for required services and the selection of potential consultants and bidders oversees the process till the final awarding and delivery of services.
- Develop & produce design program which adhere to schedule, cost and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments, marketing, sales and supporting teams to achieve the strategic plans & targets on long & short terms.
- Analysis of related industry market dynamics.
- Produce drawings and manage design changes.
- Revise and study outputs of different design & engineering stages to assure compliance with initial project brief.
- Ensuring project profitability by monitoring project progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture is a must
- Experience in architecture design, in generating project concepts.
- 3 to 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Excellent AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit knowledge.
