Works under the supervision of the PR and Media Manager
Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations
Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an on-going basis.
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

Minimum - Bachelor degree in mass communication, business, or related degree.
Presentable
Excellent organizational skills
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
Strong communication (verbal & written) & interpersonal skills
Well-organized, customer, and detail-oriented.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
past experience in higher education institutions
Good understanding of all aspects of digital communications and social media.
Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
