Job Description
Working days:
- 5 working days (12:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
- 2 days off “Rotational”
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in the implementation of the education program.
- Project Manage a selection of education projects at the request of the General Manager.
- Confidently research, identify, and engage potential new partners to maximize efficiencies of working.
- Manage existing partner relationships whilst identifying opportunities to maximize further opportunities for working
- Develop and submit proposals to relevant entities including innovation prizes, conferences, presentations.
- Support the collection, data analysis, and reporting of our research & monitoring and evaluation processes as directed by the Head of Impact.
- Research and identify new instructional content to improve the educational program.
- Assist the team with curriculum and training resource curation.
- Any other duties from time to time at the request of the Management Team
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Demonstrable experience of managing an education program.
- Demonstrable evidence of leadership and management of people/projects.
- Outstanding people and project management skills.
- High ethical standards and personal integrity.
- Experience with budget management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and can cope with a stressful workload.
