Job Description

  • Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
  • Schedule appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for providing the best customer solution, and reasonable agreements.
  • Help customers and to respond to inquiries properly defined the potential solutions, product specifications
  • Do all the steps and sales contract with the customer in accordance with the policy of the company's sales.
  • Promote new solutions, products, services and any special offers.
  • Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
  • Record orders and coordinate requirements for the Professional service department.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing resolution; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Assist in monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is a Must.
  • Good English language skills are essential.
  • Customer focused
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and ERP systems
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in information technology Companies.
