Job Description
- Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
- Schedule appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Responsible for providing the best customer solution, and reasonable agreements.
- Help customers and to respond to inquiries properly defined the potential solutions, product specifications
- Do all the steps and sales contract with the customer in accordance with the policy of the company's sales.
- Promote new solutions, products, services and any special offers.
- Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Record orders and coordinate requirements for the Professional service department.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing resolution; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Assist in monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, promotions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is a Must.
- Good English language skills are essential.
