Job Description
- Coordinate with Project managers / Delivery Manager, Business Analysis, IT and vendor all implementation, testing and certifications of products and services.
- Prioritize and schedule testing & certification slots.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction for implementation, testing and certification.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Understanding end to end process flows to ensure UAT / testing scope is adequate for specific projects.
- Responsible for UAT / Test planning, test case specification, test execution, defect management and test status reporting activities.
- Create and manage a UAT / Test plan for each project.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, mitigations and action items to closure, as they pertain to testing.
- Participate in and facilitate post-launch testing activities for projects, as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, or equivalent.
- Ability to drive change in a technical work environment.
- From 2-6 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to multi-task covering multiple projects.
- Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.
- Very good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with testing tools / simulators, desired.
- Able to influence others without having to invoke direct authority.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and matrix environment.
- Excellent analytical & Presentation skills.
