Job Description
- Receives all inquiries and complaints received from customers and respond quickly to them in order to ensure that they receive the best possible customer service.
- Dealing professionally with the inquirer or complainant in a manner appropriate to the nature of the inquiry or complaint and in a manner befitting the position of the company
- Implements customer service policies and instructions approved by the Marketing Manager
- Writes a daily report to show what has been accomplished, and submitting reports to his line manager.
- Makes periodic visits in the markets to monitor the quality of the products.
- Makes periodic visits to our agents to follow up on the implementation of the company's quality policy.
- Commitment to follow the procedures of the quality system and the consequent implementation of all forms and procedures, and adherence to procedures that lead to the preservation of food safety, safety, occupational health, and the environment.
Job Requirements
- Preferably a graduate of Agriculture or Veterinary Medicine with 3 to 7 years of experience.
- Familiarity with quality policies and rules
- Previous experience in dealing with clients
- Knowledge of marketing rules, policies, and procedures
- Ability to manage time and solve problems
