Job Description
- Carrying out the company's administrative work in the courts, public prosecution, and police departments under the supervision of the Legal Counsel.
- Interpreting all relevant legislation and regulations and develops compliance standards that address all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing legal material for internal use.
- Conducting research for Legal Department as requested by the Legal Counsel.
- Preparing informative or explanatory material on laws, regulations, and policy for general use by the company.
- Drafting contracts related to different activities performed by the company.
- Translates Legal documents and all other documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Deal with all the work required by the company with the Investment Authority, Chamber of Commerce, Competition Authority and Egyptian Chamber for Building Materials.
- Assists the legal team in all projects and administrative work such as correspondence, e-mails, claims, researches, scanning, archiving, database and track tables creation, charts, circulations, mail, etc.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 year of experience.
- Bachelor of Law (English Section).
- Member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Paying Attention to details.
