Job Description
- Promote and sell the company’s medical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers on product benefits and usage.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product supply, marketing campaigns, and customer support.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
