Job Description
- Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for teachers, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met
- Design professional development sessions for instructors focusing on best practices and continuous improvement.
- Deliver customized sessions according to the recent class visits and the general performance.
- Make class visits to measure the effectiveness & implementation of the workshops.
- Track the progress and learning curve for each instructor.
- Track the current instructors in implementing SYE methodologies and techniques.
- Promoting high standards of teaching and learning through (inspiration, innovation, and guidance).
- Spread the English environment and the company’s culture.
- Teach the assigned classes every round.
Job Requirements
- A certificate in teaching (CELTA, PCELT, FELT, TEFL, etc.) is a must
- Teaching experience for more than 5 years
- Previous managerial expertise of at least one year
- English level (C1) is a must.
- A TOT Certificate is a must.
- Previous experience as a teacher trainer of at least one year
- Solid knowledge of the latest training technique
- Have working experience with training needs assessment of teaching teams and the ability to design & deliver appropriate training initiatives to meet those needs.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
