- Work will be in our 220 Meter 2 Floors Branch in Nasr City Behind Teba Mall .
- Will be responsible for :
- All work will be on CRM , Erp System & Ecommerce Website
- Offline Daily Customer Review and Feedbacks
- Online responses on Social media Platforms Fb & Instagram,…etc
- Handling Customers Complaints, Monthly Follow up with previous customers
- shipping orders and follow up with shipping companies
- Mobile & Whatsapp responses
- any other aspect related to the position
- weekly Reports of the previous aspects
