| | - Assure smooth fast unloading and loading of shipments
|
| | - Store All material in a organized manner
|
| | - Develop in coordination with other business unit and maintain service levels from receipt to dispatch.
|
| | - Notify the purchasing department during receiving damaged materials, shortage, …etc).
|
| | - Manage the workshop and develop a dispatching schedule for all fabricated materials
|
| | - Assure inventory accuracy in daily transaction as per documents/system
|
| | - Ensure action for damaged goods or wrong receipts in co-ordination with purchasing department.
|
| | - Maintain proper inventory practices documented and ensure timely system transactions are being performed by the warehouse staff
|
| | - Ensure proper storage of core and consumable material
|
| | - Quick , timed and efficient dispatches to the customer by distribution and enhance process workflows.
|
| | - Ensure that all proper measures and means of safety and security are adhered to proper understanding and providing services to match the customer's business requirements.
|
| | - Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed within agreed guidelines.
|
| | - Document any process deviations and keep a record with a copy to QA/QC Unit
|
| | - Train , evaluate and develop team members and schedule the manpower to meet the contractual delivery time with customers.
|
| | - Conflict resolutions and coaching for improved performance and excellent customer service .
|
| | - Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
|
| | - Schedule the preventive maintenance for the forklifts and all other equipment in order to be in an excellent condition with warranty on the maintenance provided .
|
| | - Plan the monthly needed consumables, tools, or machines for the warehouse, workshop operations
|
| | - Submit weekly production report for the workshop and daily warehouse summary to operations manager
|
| | - Assign all warehouse staff on targeted tasks and follow up with them to assure finishing the targeted tasks as per planned, and they are complying with safety standards
|
| | - Organise transportation activities
|
| | - Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
|
| | - Import material clearing to be under supervition
|
