Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit to produce detailed architectural designs.
- Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to integrate their models into the architectural design.
- Generate high-quality architectural documentation and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolve any discrepancies within the BIM model.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Continuously improve BIM processes and workflows within the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Architect with expertise in Revit.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of other BIM tools and software is a plus.
