Job Description
- Supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial cost
- Professional negotiator to optimize the bank commissions
- Advising on investment activities
- Responsible for interfacing with tax offices, banks, and other window services.
- Responsible for tax invoicing and management, tax accounting and tax returns.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (or above) in Business Administration, Accounting or similar majors
- Good knowledge of Microsoft
- Good data analytical and communication skills
- Good speaking and writing skills in English and Spanish, Chinese is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking and willing to work under pressure
- At least 1-2 years of finance experience
