Job Description
- Customer relation management
- Manage the coding process and follow products’ awarding procedures to get the products registered in individual and chain pharmacies’ systems.
- Manage and coordinate product allocation and merchandising in pharmacy chains.
- Define promotional-related activities inside the pharmacy chains according to chain potentiality.
- Collect orders from pharmacies according to products’ sales status.
- Perform regular field visits to follow up on sales progress and to update pharmacies with current products’ promotional offers.
- Communicate training needs to the marketing department in order to coordinate pharmacies’ training programs. - Manage company existence through pharmacies’ marketing different channels.
- Develop and approve sales deals contracts with pharmacies which include discount rates, incentives, and cooperative marketing activities.
- External Events management in clubs
- List and define promotional-related potential events cooperatively with the marketing department.
- Communicate and contract with pharmacies for the purpose of partnering participation in the event.
- Liaise with event organizers for execution according to marketing and sales objectives.
- Ensure stock coverage for the participating pharmacy based on the event’s sales targets.
- Define and communicate required promotional materials with the marketing department such as product samples, roll-ups, etc.
- Assign event representatives and communicate the event’s sales target to the area manager who cascades sales targets individually.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in commerce - business administration or any relevant major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same Title, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Deep understanding of the Egyptian pharmacy market, including distribution channels, purchasing processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a POS team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Very Good at Microsoft Office applications and sales management software.
