Job Description
- Supervise his team and ensuring the delivery of the daily work ( e.g. Money out to clients , allocation on the system and recording of each day’s invoices and payments.
- Supervising the processing of all monthly work by his/her team (reconciliation statement between GL, Banks and Admin System)
- Ensure delivery of the required weekly / monthly reports on time.
- Analysing the performance of his/her team, spotting weaknesses, reporting it to his/her superiors to assess training needs and ensuring its delivery
Job Requirements
- Insurance Background is a MUST
- 5 year of Experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory position
- Experience of Microsoft office
- Experience in Great Plains Accounting Software would be an advantage
- Experience in the Financial Service Institution would be an advantage
- Highly Numerate
