Assistant Stylist

Job Purpose:

Your primary role is to assist the content team in all BRANTU’s shoots by ensuring all required items are planned for and available. You will be one of the key planners prior to shoots and efficient planning, availability and quick responses is key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities:  

• Work closely with content team on the preparation of clothes, accessories, props and makeup for production of best-in-class content whether it is for lifestyle or catalogue shoots
• Ensure that items received from suppliers/warehouse are counted and accompanied with an SKU delivery sheet
• Organizes the clothes/accessories meticulously into outfits/different categories that are planned for each shoot ensuring that all items are included in an SKU sheet prior to shooting day and sent to the editor’s team
• Ensure that everything is in place on shoot days and that they are styled and shot as per brand requirements and BRANTU guidelines
• Post each shoot, ensure that all items are returned to the supplier/warehouse in the way they were primarily received
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team on inventory and stock use, ensuring all planned SKUs are included in shoots and efficiently registered on inventory registers
• Ensuring a proper selection of items is available on BRANTU'S platforms for each lifestyle shoot/shopping window created as per requirements
