Job Description

  • Customer service representative at the Bank in Naser City.
  • Solve customer problems through calls.
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

Job Requirements

  • Experience in call center is a must
  • Excellent and Very good English speaker
  • Cairo and new Cairo residence only
  • Must be graduated
  • Males and females
  • Maximum age is 29
  • Presentable
  • Basic banking knowledge
