General Objectives Of The Job:
- Implementing the necessary work plans and programs to achieve the operational objectives.
- Work to develop, and raise the efficiency and productivity of employees.
- Set annual training plans.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Implementation training programs for the new employees.
- Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
- Build quarterly and annual training program
- Prepare budget for training programs and workshops
- Track employee success and progress
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
- Implement training KPIs
- Prepare and present reports on training program
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
- Ability to lead a full training cycle
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Presentation Skills
- Excellent command of English
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
