Roaming Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Test & following up on the rollout of networks pertaining to all services (GSM, CAMEL, GPRS, VT, 3G).
• Perform testing and UAT for roaming services.
• Troubleshooting roaming complaints

Network Quality & Enhancement:

• Maintain the roaming high quality level and networks updates to ensure accuracy level.
• Troubleshoot and act as first line support in solving problems.
• Investigate with the international carriers in case of any encountered problems.
• Follow up with the Roaming technical support team regarding the roaming complaints
• Distribution of new networks on the implementation team.
• Updating of roaming process and procedure.
• Handling weekly and monthly networks rollout reports.
