About the Job
  • You will be responsible of for implementing automation and middle-ware platforms and providing customer training and go-live support.
  • You will establish configuration options for automation customers to ensure the automation solution proposed meets all Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics and customer requirement.
  • You will be responsible to lead and support the Siemens Automation and IT projects in Egypt and sub countries.
  • You will support the project manager on all automation installs.                                          
  • You will be responsible for assisting sales with presale support including presentations.
  • You will support the PM in the phasing of implementation and establishing firm milestones with the customer.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and managing of resources to streamline the implementation process.  
  • You will be leading and developing the Automation Informatics Specialists.   
  • You will be interacting with other members of the Siemens' sales, service, and support team to help resolve automation and middleware escalations that occur.  
  • You will be responsible for installation of all Siemens Middle-Ware and customer training. 
  • You will be responsible for improving the customer knowledge about the benefits of all Siemens Middle-Ware.  
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting regional issues and customer escalations.  
Job Requirements
  • Five to Ten (7-10) years’ experience in the Diagnostics industry, Laboratory Diagnostics Experience, Installation/Service Experience, Automation installation /servicing is a must.
  • Experience leading Automation installation projects is a privilege.
  • Very high IT skills including previous experience with all Siemens Middle-Ware (Centralink-DMS-APM-ADM-AIN).
