About the Job
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and producResponsible for sales in Egypt for all kinds of automotive spare parts.
  • Identify and develop sales leads and generate sales opportunities to drive sales revenue.
  • Focus on Key accounts and on promoting the products B2B.
  • Actively identify new business opportunities/ sectors to expand the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current clients.
  • Study competitors product lines and develop materials to support sales activities.
Job Requirements
  • Must own a Car.
  • Years of experience: 10-15 yrs with 4 years in similar position
  • Special knowledge: understanding of After Sales business and automotive industries
  • Experience in the sales field of automotive spare parts.
  • Self-driven and ambitious.
  • Has experience and connections with wholesalers of spare parts.
  • Personal skills such as good negotiator.
