About the Job
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for the management
  • Increasing sales of the company's units
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base
  • Servicing the needs of our existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets
  • Recruiting and test sales staff after training
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Report on sales activities to the top management
  • Weekly meetings with Marketing Manager to see the ROI of our marketing campaigns.
  • Day by day meetings with the sales team as to close the open deals.
Job Requirements
  • Experience :10-20 years
  • Preferred in Real Estate.
  • Ms-office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Ms Projects , Strong web searching tools
  • Very good of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work under pressure .
  • Hard Worker .
