About the Job
  • Coordinate Import/Export Freight activities, including preparing quotations, booking, documentation, Shipment tracking, billing, arranging deliveries, among other responsibilities.
  • Prepare and maintain the paperwork for clearance of shipments, to ensure in compliance with customs rules and regulations
  • Coordinate with the co-loaders, shipping lines, airlines, transporters and the company branches using the best & most economical way of transport
  • Make sure of delivery of documents upon movement of shipment and obtain the shipping documents required according to the demand of customer, agent and terms of shipment
  • Handling correspondence with customers, suppliers and external partners/agent
  • Issuance of related invoices for each shipment according to the agreed contract with the customer
  • Coordinate the delivery of goods and ensure that all government and organization policies are followed
  • Obtain approvals for orders, cost data and invoices
  • Preparing daily reports to our clients and concerned departments
  • Preparing weekly & monthly report, KPI report on executed shipment
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a related field
  • Very good command of English communication skills
  • Good Organization skills
  • MS Office skills - Excel & Word
  • Good analytical skills
  • Familiarity with the best way in customer service grew for all process orders
