About the Job

Client Relations Executive Vacancy :

  • The job is Full Time work form home, you must have your own laptop and a good internet connection
  • Please note that working in Advertising is not like any other job, its hard work, weekend is on Friday, and work time is from 10am Egypt time till 8pm at night, sometimes later if we have to deliver something urgent. although you can be anywhere and manage your work through WhatsApp and emails. 
  • If hired we will write a yearly contract with you, and the first 3 months will be on probation, after 3 months we are committed with you for 1 year. 
  • If you work with us, you will have a fulfilling career, interacting with BIG clients, like 3 banks, IKEA, Insurance companies, international advertising agencies. 

About job : 

  • To create and manage advertising and media production projects with clients.
  • He/she will resolve issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services and also will be responsible of the coordination and management of the ongoing projects from the negotiation process until the delivery of the project to the client.
  • Must have good internet speed.
  • Familiar with Google suite collaboration like : Gmail. , Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive.

Key responsibilities :

  • Client communications, from initial e-mails to determine the scope of the project and the client’s needs and expectations until receiving client feedback on deliverable
  • Segregate duties of the project among the team members
  • Throughout the project life cycle, Monitor the project progress and insure on time project deliverable
  • Answer client’s inquiries regarding prices and services rendered by the company
  • Update the accounting team with the projects initiated
  • Coordinate with the accounting team in issuing invoices and quotations to clients
  • Monitor the project progress from the negotiation process until finishing the project
  • Collect customer’s feedback about projects completed
  • Handle any report any project time scope overruns
