Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and account management. You’ll also be looking after basic marketing activities, such as digital marketing, ads, marketing material (website, company profile, … etc..), events participation and managing 3rd party marketing provider.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Build and align marketing plan to support sales target.
- Looking after marketing activities outsourced or insourced.
- Mange the accounts’ CxOs and build strong business relations.
- Support the operation/team during the collection.
- Align with delivery team to spot opportunities and generate new sales for existing customer base.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 10-15 years of relative experience in the Egyptian Market.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong experience in selling IT Solutions, Services, and Hardware.
- Selling IBM Hardware and/or ERP is a plus.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Having the ability to generate and qualify new leads/opportunities.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Gulf experience is a plus.
