About the Job
  • Develop and manage the overall company digital strategy (website, Online forums, mobile apps, SEO/SEM, social media and email marketing) as a key part of our integrated marketing communications plan, defining and implementing initiatives that align with and advance corporate and commercial Marketing goals and objectives, from awareness building to lead generation to customer engagement.
  • Analyzes site traffic and campaign performance through the use of web analytics (including A/B testing) and conversion.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if there
  • Manage Client’s digital media platforms.
  • Creating social media and Google campaigns including content, management, and analytics in-house and/ or following up closely through agencies.
  • Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designing, implementing Email campaigns, identify the target audience, lead generation, and Analyze performance.
  • Edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies

Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing & Digital Marketing:
  • Promotional Materials, Google AdWords, Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics, Email Campaigns, and associated tools.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to analyze paid performance and communicate insights to various stakeholders
  • Full-time, flexible hours and working from home.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English is spoken and written.
