Job Description
- Participates in setting Overall Company Widely Important Goals "WIG’s "& implementation and follow up of it across his concerned functions to assure full alignment with the company’s direction & achieving the set KPIs.
- Establishes & implements the strategic, financial & operational plans & reports, business development “via monitoring finding new revenue streams and sales channels”, real estate, Projects, External Quality Assurance & External Maintenance and Customer Focus activities.
- Ensures implementation of “Performance Driven Organization Concept” (such as: Budget, Sales, profit & transactions) in order to meet corporate growth objectives while monitoring performance against goals to achieve performance excellence
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and Operational Marketing and Customer Relationship Activities, Developing yearly promo
- Participates in Market Intelligence (Market SWOT Analysis , Segmentations & Targeting, close competition monitoring, Pricing Matrix and benchmarking, Brand status & Re-Positioning…,etc) and initiates with technology team to identify smart digital solutions/opportunities.
- Defines long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying new business scopes, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of market condition.
- Reviews & Develops policies & procedures and set SOPs for the concerned sector to assure
- Following Best Practices and company’s strategic directions.
- Leads Real state function (location selection, rental deals& conditions, and assuring a smooth process with the concerned governmental issues and budget).
- Monitors Projects activities by assuring proper budget control & timing and process in order to achieve effective projects deliverables.
- Monitors external quality practices & performance (Quality Assurance & Mystery Shopper).
- Monitors external Maintenance operations (budget & performance)
- Collaborates with Human Resources Department to set a suitable hiring, development plans & Performance Management for his staff & preparing second line & achieve the required competitive advantages (Edge) through preparing high potential staff.
- Rational plan on brand level & corporate entity.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Business Admin, MBA is a must.
- 20+ years hands-on experience(FMCG/Retail)
- Must have a strong background ideally in Food Manufacturing, Hospitality Management where products are sold through multiple channels.
- Must have experience in dealing with multi-site and remote management. This will include the dynamics associated with Branded, Private label.
- Must have know-how to teach a selling process. It will be focused on transparency, fact based selling, and be repeatable, scalable and well defined.
- Must have experience in introducing products and finding new revenue streams and sales channels.
