Alarabia Group home appliance specializes in providing customers with a customer-focused shopping experience in state-of-the-art showrooms featuring top quality brands. We are looking for smart, motivated individuals who want to earn strong commissions and grow within a rapidly expanding company.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging retail customers and businesses through all stages of the sales process; initial contact, qualifying needs, and closing sales
- Manage orders from point of purchase through completion.
- Develop in-store merchandising, including setup of displays, display maintenance, and related tasks.
- Promote Grand's advertising and marketing campaigns in-store.
- Additional duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- Must be friendly and customer-centric with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to locate information quickly via online searches.
- Understand different product lines and offerings.
- Participate in initial, and continued, product training.
- Ongoing management of a book of business for both retail and business-to-business customers.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; applicable work experience and/or training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience selling major appliances or electronics is preferred, but not required
