Job Description
- Develop & Implement sales strategies to meet & achieve revenues and growth targets.
- Implement B2B and B2C channels strategy by developing long term relationships based on win-win approach to ensure business objectives are met and to position BTC as a strategic business partner.
- Leading, Coaching the sales teams & trained them to achieve their targets as per company annual targets.
- Perform orientations and presentations to team members regarding the assigned projects.
- Remain knowledgeable about our markets and best practices.
- Plan, monitor and appraise the performance of the sales team, by implementing the company performance management system to ensure all team members are effective & meet their targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience, at least 5 years in Managing Sales Team.
- Must have last experience at B2B & B2C and Retail Sector.
- Strong Leadership & Management Skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.
