Job Description

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Providing individualized/customized sales presentations of a high-standard professional level for customers over the phone.
  • Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by the organization.
  • Updating the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customers or prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Conduct consumer prospect end-user sales interviews and present the appropriate Berlitz solutions.
  • Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow-up information as needed.
  • Complete sales reports as needed to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, consumer prospect end-user interviews, and sales.
  • Facilitate the collected competitive information to monitor business opportunities and trends.
  • Responsible for company pages on social media, responding to clients, and collecting relevant data for related reports.

Job Requirements

Qualifications / Related Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Excellent user of Advanced Excel, and  Microsoft applications.
  • Very good command of written & spoken English (Berlitz® Proficiency Level 4).
  • Minimum 1 year working in a call center.
  • Has Sales Background (a plus).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Creative thinking.
