Job Description
Key areas of responsibility:
- Providing individualized/customized sales presentations of a high-standard professional level for customers over the phone.
- Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by the organization.
- Updating the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customers or prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales goals.
- Conduct consumer prospect end-user sales interviews and present the appropriate Berlitz solutions.
- Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow-up information as needed.
- Complete sales reports as needed to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, consumer prospect end-user interviews, and sales.
- Facilitate the collected competitive information to monitor business opportunities and trends.
- Responsible for company pages on social media, responding to clients, and collecting relevant data for related reports.
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Related Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent user of Advanced Excel, and Microsoft applications.
- Very good command of written & spoken English (Berlitz® Proficiency Level 4).
- Minimum 1 year working in a call center.
- Has Sales Background (a plus).
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Customer Oriented.
