Job Description
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations.
- Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
- Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing the necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures
- Review the payroll & handle the transfer of it.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Location: El Thawra street - Heliopolis square
Full time: one day off
Job Requirements
- Must have minimum experience 10 years in a real state.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, or Finance Manager ( years of experience in real state).
- Experience in Automotive field is preferred.
- Advanced computer skills on Microsoft Office, accounting software and ERP databases
- Controlling income, cash flow, and expenditure
- Managing budgets
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements
- Ability to handle large amounts of data
