Job Description
- Preparing high-level project business and financial plans in the short & long term.
- Monitor time schedules, project's timeline, & Deliverables of the project.
- Manage annual budget & cash flow, and schedule monitoring in conjunction with business development & business analysis department
- Developing development briefs. Creating new product ideas according to marketing, sales, and project specifications and brand identity.
- Create, monitor, & control the project's feasibility studies through Assuit Project phases.
- Manage Pre-bid Meetings, preparation of Request for proposals and bid issuing, monitor tender evaluation and awarding, till the completion of scope.
- Follow up the site progress to guarantee cost efficiency and quality.
- Investigate and identify potential investment opportunities and evaluation of proposed projects in coordinating with the development team.
- Coordinate with marketing & sales teams in addition to the supporting teams to produce the necessary material for relevant purposes and to set the development strategic plans & targets on long & short terms.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Architecture Engineering
- From 12 to 15 years of experience
- PMP Certified
- Worked with as an owner representative is a must.
