Job Description

Duties:

  • Answer, forward incoming phone calls.
  • Welcome, assist and direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
  • Receive all the company’s internal/external reports and then circulate these reports to the appropriate persons.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Organizing meetings
  • Preparing simple excel sheets
  • Managing incoming and outgoing paper work
  • Assist in other administration responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (Required) - Fresh graduates are welcome too.
  • Level of English (Very good/fluent). , please stick to the criteria
  • Must have a high level of proficiency in using (Microsoft office apps) (Microsoft office word, Excel worksheet, power point presentation) .
  • Having essential skills in using Photoshop is preferred.
  • Having good written communication skills are a must.
  • Must be aware of social media marketing strategies.
  • Honesty, Loyalty, Punctuality is a must
