Job Description
Main Job Purpose:
Support the delivery of L&H services aligned with the operating model.
The IT L&H App Support Analyst must understand the plans for IT in his/her area of responsibility and will participate in the achievement of these plans and effectively communicate these within business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- First / Second line support for our software solutions.
- Monitor all the different systems to ensure service availability.
- Fix application related issues within the agreed SLA and within the change management process.
- Administrate applications and conduct on users training if required.
- Deploy the changes to the production and test it to ensure that it is functioning as per the agreed upon requirement.
- Route new unsolved bugs to the development and follow-up with them until closure.
- UAT Test planning (Scope, duration) / UAT support for user.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field
- 1-2 Years of Experience in SQL, writing complex queries and tuning SQL.
- Ability to work with demanding users in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to investigate, analyze information and to draw conclusions in order to troubleshoot issues.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
