Job Description

- Product strategy Establish short- and long-term product goals and strategies.
- Support the R&D Team and/or the Head of R&D MEA in delivering our goals and strategy
- Making recommendations to management on the category based on your own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
- Implementing new launches and maintaining growth in pillar products
- Proposing and monitoring marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
- Adapting communication material (imagery, digital, a point of sale)
- Close cooperation with other departments and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy;
- Create, develop and implement industrialized product solutions under specific projects, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes in line with consumer’s expectation, brand foundations and guidelines
- Continuously find ways to improve our processes, ways of working, capabilities
- Proactively drive new innovation and cost-out ideas
Job Requirements
- You have at least 2-4 years of experience as Product Manager, Brand Manager, where power brands are part of your everyday work.
- You have a passion for new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use. Furthermore, you:
- An out-of-the-box thinker who can see the bigger picture
- A bachelor degree , MBA is a plus; You possess the business understanding and have passion
- Experience working within an agile development process.
- Proven track record of taking new products from concept to launch
- Have the expertise of consumers insights research and market data analysis
- Have flexible, self-motivated, decision-maker, result and business oriented approach
- Have strong communication, analytical and networking skills
- Like to stay always up to date with market and consumer trends
- Are a creative innovation seeker
