Job Description
- Handle all customer communications through telephone, email or face to face
- Test-drive vehicles with customers prior service to acknowledge customer comments and concerns for accurate diagnosis
- Ensure availability of all necessary parts required on time
- Estimate the cost and time needed for repairs
- Prepare work orders including full description of customer concerns and repairs
- Follow up workshop workflow
- Prepare service and parts invoices for customer payment
- Maintain a positive, friendly and transparent relationship with all customers and boost customer satisfaction levels
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of automotive service and repair works, workmanship standards, diagnostic scanner tools and workshop tools
- Ability to easily read and interpret service, repair and maintenance manuals
- Advanced computer literacy and good use of MS Office
- Highly presentable and leading personality
- Valid driving license
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably automotive)
