Job Description
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Assisting in any other Financial\Accounting tasks required
- Revising accounting\financial data entered on SAP
Job Requirements
- Good English Reading & Writing
- Have a well understanding of accounting terminologies in Arabic & English
- Well Acquainted with the Egyptian auditing standards and guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus.
- Strong technical accounting background.
- At least five years of accounting experience is required
- Proficiency with SAP is a must
- Detail oriented, organized and accurate
- Excellent computer skills on MS Office and database skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
- Experienced in financial record keeping and bookkeeping
- Experience in working with numbers and making calculations with minimal errors
- Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
