General Accountant (Travel Agency)

We are looking for an General accounting  to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities.

General Accounting  responsibilities include :

• Establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information in addition to the following requirements:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

  • Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations

  • Cash forecasting

  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

  • Revenue and expenditure variance analysis

  • Trust account statement reconciliations

  •  Responsible for monthly transactions input and audit payment documents, booking through all finance ledgers, and making reconciliation ledger with GL.

  •  Ensure proper budget control and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all costs on the right track with monthly accrual basis.

  • Responsible for the reconciliation of all suppliers, check the asset status and create assets.

  • Control and monitor the implementation of finance regulation.

  •  Ensure that all financial data and requirements are reliable and ready to go live as per the agreed deadline.

  •  Prepare operation guidelines and write company management standards per company request.

  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
