Job Description
Manage daily accounting transactions, sales, expenses, and cash reconciliation.
Monitor food and beverage costs, purchases, inventory, and wastage.
Calculate recipe costs and analyze cost variances.
Reconcile stock, supplier invoices, and sales reports.
Prepare financial and cost control reports to support profitability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
4–6 years of experience in Accounting and Cost Control within cafés or restaurants (F&B industry).
Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
