Job Description
Alunaut Egypt is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Site Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site financial activities, monitoring project expenses, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
* Manage and monitor site petty cash and daily financial transactions.
* Record and maintain accurate accounting records for site operations.
* Review and process supplier, subcontractor, and contractor payments.
* Track project costs and prepare periodic cost reports.
* Reconcile site expenses and ensure proper documentation.
* Coordinate with the finance department regarding budgets and payments.
* Assist in payroll preparation and attendance-related financial records.
* Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
* Support audits by providing accurate financial records and reports.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience as a Site Accountant within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Experience with petty cash management, site expenses, and cost control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate with project teams.
* Experience in construction, aluminum, or contracting companies is preferred.
