Job Description
- Manage day-to-day localization of products across all supported languages, from project creation, tracking, and resolving vendor queries to delivery of localized content, and execution of LQAs.
- Interface vendor PMs for day-to-day project duties and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Support Localization Program Managers in launches and LQAs
- Identify and manage project risks and communicate project status including metrics.
- Frequent sync-up with Localization Program Manager for daily/weekly tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Experience using CAT tools as an LPC to manage localization pipeline & workflows (e.g. Memsource, Idiom WorldServer, and Trados)
- Experience using bug routing and ticket management tools such as JIRA and Phabricator
- Fluent English.
