Your task will be to understand the cybersecurity capabilities of Siemens with respect to Industrial sector, to identify where capabilities are available that are needed to win customer projects in cybersecurity consulting, and if/where gaps exist.
You will work with product and service owners to identify if and how Siemens’ cybersecurity capabilities and portfolio can be evolved to address current and upcoming cybersecurity requirements of our customers. You will define and build such cybersecurity consulting offers as part of cross-divisional teams.
You will support business units in delivering cybersecurity consulting projects in the role of project manager and/or individual contributor. Projects will focus on assessment of security requirements and regulatory gaps, analysis of best and state-of-the-art solutions and features to address findings, as well as working with customers to advance their cybersecurity maturity.
Setting up IoT demonstrators and testbeds (computing, control, networking, sensing, actuation)
Analyze complex industrial products on performance and scalability, suggest improvements, implement proof of concepts and document and present findings

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.
0-2 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity consulting, preferably with a strong focus on Operations Technology (OT).
Hands-on experience in IT, IoT, and/or OT cybersecurity, e.g., in security monitoring & penetration testing, security architecture, security analytics, protection methods.
Strong background in automation system, SCADA system & DCS System
Excellent up-to-date technical and hands-on knowledge/experience in current attack methods, handling of compromised systems, detection approaches, protection concepts (defense in depth, perimeter protection, host protection)
Hands-on coding and scripting language like Python, C , C++ , Visual Basic.
Problem solver who sees a roadblock and figures out how to get around it with a strong hands-on and can-do attitude, and with high work ethics and sense of ownership for the delivered results
Strong communication skills in English
Willingness to travel, up to 30% (domestic/international)
Strong people skills; must be able to work in diverse teams in the role of technical advisor, and push teams to success
Strong analytical skills; must be able to transform high level requirements into technical requirements, match existing solutions against them, and clearly show degree of coverage and remaining gaps
