Job Description
- Elaborately brief internal teams to ensure that the strategies, objectives, and plans set for clients are well-communicated
- Collect the data needed in order for internal teams to carry out the execution of needed outputs
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitch the company’s services for prospects/potential clients
- Set up regular meetings (preferably twice a month) to discuss in-depth details with clients
- Negotiate and close deals in a cost-efficient manner
- Develop thorough account plans for each handled client
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales account executive (1 to 2 years)
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
