Job Description
- Manage distributors, audit the distributors’ accounts and monitor their ROI.
- Manage, retain and enhance current clients and acquire new clients.
- Report relevant market changes, competitor activities and sales performance on a regular basis.
- Ensure that the company’s sales policies are applied.
- Responsible for managing and coaching the sales team to ensure that all sales tasks are performed effectively.
Job Requirements
- 12- 15 years of experience in sales, at least 5 years as area sales manager
- Preferably experience in FMCG or food industry
