About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for experienced Sales & Commercial Professionals to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Company. The role is a ‘Commercial Director GCC’ which lies within the MEA region. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. The role is reporting into ‘Head of Commercial, MENAP & Africa’.
Job Scope:
- Lead multi-functional organization to define GCC Route-To-Market direction and priorities in line with the corporate vision.
- Develop and execute long and short plans to achieve Top Line & Bottom Line Growth.
- Formulate and execute a plan to step-change distributor’s multifunctional capabilities and turn into full-service distributors.
- Work with distributors’ lead team to achieve Kraft Heinz commercial objectives and ensure best in class fundamentals execution.
- Embed a high-performance culture, increase employee engagement and develop an “In Market” Talent Pool to deliver the strategic and commercial objectives of the business.
- Work closely with the multi-functional team to ensure operation excellence and flawless execution.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skill Set:
- 12 years of Sales experience in FMCG industry
- Demonstrated track record in leading FMCG business in GCC markets and achieving/exceeding objectives.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and multi-cultural team.
- Track record of success in managing P&L with strong financial acumen.
- Proven Expertise in managing distributors and Route-To-Market across trade channels (Modern & Traditional Trade).
- Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Structured and Strategic Thinking.
- Able to simplify and provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.
