Job Description

Duties:
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with prospects daily.
- “Get the sale” using various client sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate effectiveness.
- Evaluate client’s profile, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Maintain the daily sales report with the given targets and higher accuracy.
- Educate clients on how our services can benefit them financially and professionally with 100% compliance.
- Resolve client complaints by raising to the appropriate department, investigating and developing solutions or through making recommendations to management.
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep updates of the latest developments.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services and new launches.
- Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical or professional sales preferred
- At least 2 years’ sales experience
- Previous experience in a FinTech/Accounting company
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
- Superb interpersonal communications skills, particularly oral and written
- Deep understanding of customer service concepts and principles
- Proven experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
