Job Description
PURPOSE OF JOB
- As a Personnel Supervisor you will be taking responsibility for overseeing the personnel division and ensuring the delivery of all personnel activities within the agreed (Service-Level Agreement) SLAs and SYKES’ Quality Standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all the government documents for all employees comply with the documents needed according to the Egyptian Labor Law
- Ensure that the organizational legal matters are managed properly and efficiently
- Ensure that the contracts, contracts renewals and paperwork are completed as well as delivered correctly and within the needed deadlines
- Review all reports within personnel division
- Responsible for Social Insurance, Medical Insurance and Labour Office arrangements and Communications
- Responsible for the company HRMS, data validation and reports
- May perform other additional duties and responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Fluency in the English language
- At least 5 years’ experience in Personnel with 2 years minimum in a managerial level
- HR Certificate is a must
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to prioritize important projects
