Job Description

    PURPOSE OF JOB

    • As a Personnel Supervisor you will be taking responsibility for overseeing the personnel division and ensuring the delivery of all personnel activities within the agreed (Service-Level Agreement) SLAs and SYKES’ Quality Standards

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that all the government documents for all employees comply with the documents needed according to the Egyptian Labor Law
    • Ensure that the organizational legal matters are managed properly and efficiently
    • Ensure that the contracts, contracts renewals and paperwork are completed as well as delivered correctly and within the needed deadlines
    • Review all reports within personnel division
    • Responsible for Social Insurance, Medical Insurance and Labour Office arrangements and Communications
    • Responsible for the company HRMS, data validation and reports
    • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities

    Job Requirements

    • Fluency in the English language
    • At least 5 years’ experience in Personnel with 2 years minimum in a managerial level
    • HR Certificate is a must
    • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Ability to prioritize important projects
