Job Description
- Conduct HK training for new and current Janitors and Supervisors.
- Conduct on- job training in different projects.
- Evaluate trainee’s performance before and after the training.
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor HK programs as necessary.
- Strict adherence to company philosophy and mission statement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Two (2) years’ previous experience as a HK trainer.
- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Good interpersonal skills and communication (verbal and written) with all levels of management.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certification from talent and training associations a plus.
- Ability to supervise multiple projects.
